25 Mile Challange Complete

Today's run was not the best. I haven't been eating very well the last few days and all the sugar didn't help me much.

Nike+ Running

First Non-Treadmill 5k

I ran 5k in St. George, UT around my Mom's nieghborhood. It was my first outdoor run. And it was my first run with my new Nike running shoes, that I bought today. Carey and my little bro Patrick ran part of it with me. It was nice.

My first 5K Run

I did my first 5K Run today. My time isn't very fast, but I made it.

2.27 miles

Did 2.27 miles in the same time that I did 2 miles in yesterday!

2 mile

So last night I hit my farthest distance in a single run. 2 miles! I didn't make it in a very good time. I'm getting better. The "A Mile A Day" challange on Nikeplus.com starts tomorrow. So get signed up so that you don't start behind.
